Clearpoint 14-day visibility sprint

Purpose: make the Email Security Health Check visible to a small, relevant buyer audience and test whether the fake-invoice / domain-trust angle creates conversations or bookings.

Status: draft for Philip approval. Do not publish, post, message, spend, or modify live website without explicit approval.

Core hypothesis

Swiss SMEs are unlikely to search for SPF/DKIM/DMARC check, but they understand the risk of fake invoices, supplier-payment fraud, client confusion, and emails that appear to come from their business domain.

Clearpoint should therefore promote the service as a practical, fixed-price email fraud and domain trust check, with SPF/DKIM/DMARC explained only after the business problem is clear.

Target buyer groups

Start narrow. First sprint target groups:

  1. Fiduciaries / accountants / Treuhand offices
    • invoice, payroll, client finance documents, supplier payment trust.
  2. Real estate / property administration / construction-adjacent SMEs
    • deposits, contracts, buyer/seller/tenant data, high-value email workflows.
  3. Web agencies / small IT providers / MSPs
    • partner channel; they can implement fixes from Clearpoint’s provider-ready report.

Offer wording to test

Primary buyer-facing phrase:

Can scammers send fake invoices or supplier emails that look like they come from your business?

Supporting phrase:

Clearpoint checks whether your email domain can be impersonated, whether your outgoing emails are trusted by receiving inboxes, and what your IT or email provider should fix first.

Service label variants to test:

  • Email Fraud & Domain Trust Check
  • Fake Invoice & Email Domain Protection Check
  • Email Security Health Check: domain impersonation and trust review

Recommendation for website: keep the existing service name for continuity, but add a strong subtitle:

Email Fraud & Domain Trust Check for Swiss SMEs

Sprint goals

Minimum success target over 14 days:

  • 3 to 5 relevant conversations started.
  • 1 partner/referral reply.
  • measurable traffic to the service page.
  • ideally 1 paid introductory check.

If no booking happens but conversations start, the offer may need trust/proof improvements, not abandonment.

Phase 1 — sharpen the offer, days 1–2

Actions:

  • Update homepage banner problem statement around fake invoices, supplier emails, and domain trust.
  • Add subtitle to service page: Email Fraud & Domain Trust Check for Swiss SMEs.
  • Add a compact What happens after payment section.
  • Add a compact Example findings section.
  • Add checklist link/CTA once the checklist exists.

Approval needed before publishing website changes.

Phase 2 — proof asset, days 2–3

Create:

  • Swiss SME Email Fraud Readiness Checklist
  • website markdown version
  • PDF version later if approved

Purpose:

  • LinkedIn post asset
  • outreach attachment/link
  • partner conversation opener
  • proof that Clearpoint gives practical, non-invasive, owner-readable guidance

Phase 3 — LinkedIn visibility, days 4–14

Weekly cadence:

  • 2 practical posts from Philip / Clearpoint.
  • 10 to 20 comments on Swiss SME, IT, accounting, real estate, business-owner, and cyber posts.
  • 20 to 30 relevant connection requests.
  • 10 to 15 soft follow-ups after connection acceptance.

No public posting or messaging without Philip approving exact text.

Phase 4 — partner outreach, days 5–14

Target:

  • 10 web agencies
  • 10 small IT providers / MSPs
  • 10 fiduciaries/accountants or real-estate firms

Message: low-volume, personal, not mass blast.

Partner framing for agencies/MSPs:

Clearpoint provides an independent, fixed-price email-domain trust check. The output is provider-ready, so your team can implement the fixes if the client wants support.

This avoids sounding like Clearpoint is replacing them.

Tracking

Track manually in a simple table:

| Date | Channel | Target | Action | Reply? | Outcome | Next step | |—|—|—|—|—|—|—|

Metrics:

  • service-page visits
  • checklist clicks/downloads
  • Tally form opens/submissions
  • LinkedIn profile/company visits
  • replies/conversations
  • bookings

Do not do yet

  • No paid LinkedIn ads until one organic message angle performs.
  • No Google Ads yet.
  • No broad cold email campaign.
  • No claim that DMARC stops all phishing.
  • No invented statistics.
  • No outreach automation.

First approval menu

Recommended first approved work package:

  1. Publish website copy sharpening.
  2. Publish checklist as article/resource page.
  3. Prepare 2 LinkedIn posts for approval.
  4. Prepare 10 partner outreach drafts for manual/approved sending.
